Refund Policy
General Policy
Equity Sphere Research Services operates on a subscription-based model for delivery of research services. By subscribing to our services, clients agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
Eligibility for Refund
- Technical failure on our part resulting in non-delivery of research reports for the subscribed period.
- Duplicate payment made by the client.
- In the event services are discontinued by Equity Sphere Research Services before the completion of the subscription period.
- Any other reason as may be determined at the sole discretion of the management on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Conditions
- If the client has accessed or downloaded the research reports provided during the subscription period.
- Dissatisfaction with the performance of recommended securities — as research reports are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee any return.
- Change of mind after subscribing to the service.
- Losses incurred in the securities market based on research provided, as investment decisions are solely the client's responsibility.
- After 7 calendar days from the date of subscription/payment.
Refund Process
- Send a written request to equitysphereservices@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment date.
- Include your full name, contact details, subscription details, payment date, and reason for the refund request.
- The request will be reviewed and responded to within 7 working days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 10-15 working days.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered on a pro-rata basis in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Equity Sphere Research Services.
